Maddy here. A bit about how I got to this point – writing a bio on my website, passionate now more than ever about helping women live their best lives.

I can thank Mum & Dad for where I am today, growing up in my parents Crossfit Gym from such a young age and being a part of an encouraging, supportive community – seeing the impact they made on every person who stepped through the door, it lit a fire in my heart, and I will forever be thankful to them for leading by such an example.

I knew from that point on that I wanted to make a difference and make a true, lasting impact on someone’s life.

Fast forward to over a decade later, I’ve spent almost 9 years in the hospitality industry as a Chef, doing all different kinds of work in the field. Using the tools and knowledge I have learnt over the years with the combination of movement and a holistic approach to wellness – I believe
that eating ‘healthy’ doesn’t have to be boring, nor does it ever have to be black and white, I want to share with you what I have learnt about nutrition, and even chefs tips and tricks as well, all the while tailored to you and your goals. That way we can build lasting habits together that you will be able to use for the rest of your life. Whether that be through nutrition coaching or 1:1
Personal Training.

Throughout my career I’ve always had in the back of my head that my goal has been to combine the knowledge of working with food (as a chef) with the experience of my health & fitness career and combine the two as I believe nutrition and movement go hand in hand and it is more than a one page fits all kind of job.
